We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and support projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, delivery, stakeholder management, team coordination, and ensuring successful implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, enhancement, and support projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with functional, technical, business, and client teams.
- Manage HCM implementation activities across modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, and Benefits.
- Drive requirements gathering, solution design, testing, data migration, integrations, and deployment activities.




- Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM / Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Proven experience managing Oracle HCM implementation projects.
- Valuable understanding of HCM business processes and Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM integrations, data migration, reporting, and technical dependencies is an advantage.
