The Full Stack Engineer is responsible for building and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while enabling data-driven insights through analytics, workflow automation, and reporting. This role combines full stack development with data analysis, business process automation using Power Automate, reporting using Power BI, and hands-on development and customization within the ServiceNow HRSD platform. The engineer will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across the SDLC to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD solutions including case management and lifecycle events.

- Implement workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).

- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with enterprise systems via APIs.

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end event-driven applications or REST APIs using modern frameworks like Spring, .NET / .NET Core (preferred).

- Build responsive front-end solutions using Angular or React frameworks.

- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models.

- Analyze data to generate actionable business insights.





- Design and implement business workflows using Power Automate.

- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, including DAX.

- Perform code reviews and support Agile teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6–8 years of experience in full stack application development.

- Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD development and configuration.

- Knowledge of HR case management, employee service portals, and virtual agent.

- ServiceNow scripting and integration experience.

- Hands-on ServiceNow NowAssist, Moveworks, Employee Works, Process Mining and other capabilities.

- Strong expertise in .NET Core, APIs, and modern architecture patterns.

- Experience with Angular/React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Strong SQL, Python, and scripting knowledge.

- Experience with Power BI and DAX.

- Experience with Power Automate workflows.

- Experience with AWS/Azure and CI/CD pipelines.

- Solid analytical and communication skills.

Required Certifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required

- ServiceNow HRSD Certification (CIS-HRSD) – Preferred
