We have 2 roles :

Role 1 : Full-stack Engineer

Type: Fulltime

Location: Hyderabad, Office The role

You will build a supplier relationship management application from scratch. Two parts are harder than they look: consolidating around 5,000 records from several sources with no reliable shared key, and a scheduled job that reads from a database owned by another team while that database is being changed.

What you will do

- Design and build the data model in PostgreSQL
- Build the application: records, search, segmentation, bulk operations
- Write the import and deduplication pipeline, with a reviewable audit of what merged and why
- Build a scheduled scoring job that writes both a score and the reason for it
- Push status changes back to the external database
- Integrate a transactional email service
- Set up deployment, monitoring and alerting

What we need

- Robust TypeScript and Node, or Java. Production services you have shipped and owned
- PostgreSQL schema design. Normalisation judgement, indexing, constraints
- React to a standard where you can build interface work when needed
- Data reconciliation experience. You have merged records across systems and defended the result to someone who knew the data better than you
- Integration work against a system you did not control

Helpful

- Azure or equivalent cloud deployment
- Monitoring and log aggregation set up from scratch
- Comfortable with AI-assisted development as part of normal workflow

Role 2 : Front-end Engineer

Type: Fulltime





Location: Hyderabad, Office The role

There is no separate designer on this team. You will design the interface and write the production code for it.

The people using this are not technical and they are leaving a spreadsheet behind. A spreadsheet is excellent at one thing: letting someone see everything at once and act fast. If what replaces it is slower to work in, it will not be adopted, and adoption is the only measure that matters here.

What you will do

- Design and build the main list view: filtering, sorting, segmentation, bulk actions, saved views
- Design how compliance status is displayed, where ambiguity is not acceptable
- Design the detail view, including a score and its explanation
- Build all of it in React against the application API
- Sit with users during review and change what does not work

What we need

- React and TypeScript to production standard. Your code ships without a developer rewriting it
- You design and you build. Evidence of both on the same piece of work
- Data-dense interface experience. Tables, filters, bulk selection, saved views. This is a working tool, not a marketing site
- You have watched people use what you built and changed it as a result

Helpful

- Internal tools or operational software, where adoption is the measure
- Component library experience
- Accessibility as a habit
