Job Purpose The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling showroom customers, identifying their requirements, demonstrating LIBAN products, closing sales, and carrying out disciplined follow-up of enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Welcome every showroom customer professionally.
- Understand mattress size, comfort requirement, budget, and usage.
- Ask appropriate questions before recommending a product.
- Maintain a friendly and helpful customer experience.
Product Selling
- Learn LIBAN mattress products and specifications.
- Demonstrate suitable products.
- Explain differences between various mattress models.
- Communicate price, warranty,
comfort, material, and perks clearly.
- Promote suitable accessories and complementary products.
Sales
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Encourage genuine customers towards purchase decisions.
- Handle basic customer objections.
- Maintain discipline while discussing discounts.
- Escalate special pricing requirements to the manager.
Follow-Up Management
- Record all serious enquiries.
- Follow up through calls and WhatsApp.
