Our client, a leading international consumer goods company, is looking for an experienced D2C Sales & E-Commerce Lead . The role will be responsible for driving revenue and RoAS across D2C, Quick Commerce (QCom), and online marketplaces for their brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive revenue and RoAS across D2C, QCom, and marketplace channels.
- Develop and execute channel-level sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Work closely with external partners managing content, performance marketing, and account management.
- Orchestrate execution across partners and ensure timely delivery against business objectives.
- Define, monitor, and optimize key input metrics and performance KPIs across channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, sales performance, customer acquisition, and channel profitability.
- Track channel performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve RoAS and revenue.




- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and commercial initiatives.
- Support the growth and scaling of the brands across India's digital commerce ecosystem.

Skills Required

- 8+ years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, digital sales, marketplace, or online business roles.
- Robust hands-on experience managing D2C, Quick Commerce, and Marketplace channels.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue and RoAS targets.
- Experience working with external agencies/partners across performance marketing, content, and marketplace/account management.
- Strong understanding of digital commerce metrics, sales funnels, performance marketing, and channel economics.
- Ability to independently manage multiple stakeholders and orchestrate execution across partners.
- Experience in consumer, FMCG, consumer health, wellness, beauty, or similar categories would be preferred.
