Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced C++ Lead Developer with strong expertise in application development on the Windows platform. The ideal candidate should possess solid hands-on experience in contemporary C++ development, object-oriented programming concepts, SQL programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain applications using C++ on Windows OS
· Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
· Develop scalable and high-performance software solutions
· Work on application enhancements, bug fixing, and performance optimization
· Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis
· Collaborate with QA, business analysts, and support teams
· Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices
· Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures
· Support production deployments and post-release activities
· Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum 8+ years of application development experience using C++
· Strong experience working on Windows-based applications
· Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
· Minimum 3+ years of experience in SQL and Stored Procedures
· Strong debugging and analytical/problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
