WE ARE HIRING – FLEET COORDINATOR

Community Action Through Motivation Programme (CAMP) is looking for a responsible and experienced Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate vehicle operations for our field-based healthcare project.

Position: Fleet Coordinator

Location: Guwahati, Assam

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations of project vehicles/MMU ambulances.
- Ensure timely deployment and movement of vehicles as per operational requirements.
- Maintain vehicle records, including RC, insurance, fitness, permits, servicing and other documents.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, servicing and breakdown support.
- Monitor vehicle movement, fuel consumption and vehicle-related expenses.
- Coordinate with drivers and field teams regarding vehicle schedules and operational requirements.
- Ensure timely renewal of vehicle-related documents and compliance requirements.
- Maintain daily/monthly fleet reports and records.
- Monitor driver attendance,



discipline and performance.
- Coordinate with vendors/workshops for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in fleet/transport/vehicle coordination.
- Experience in NGO, healthcare or field operations will be preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of vehicle documentation and maintenance.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience in ambulance/MMU/project fleet management will be an added advantage.

Salary: As per organizational norms / based on experience
