- CA with 1-8 years of preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements under IndAS and IFRS.





- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.

- Knowledge of SEBI LODR norms, IndAS and Companies Act in financial reporting.

- Hands on experience of FICO Module in S4 Hana. Role

- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements as per Group Calendar.

- Analysis of variances in month end reporting.

- Prepare and publish timely monthly MIS with detailed commentary.

- Prepare and publish timely quarterly/yearly Board presentation.

- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and Group reporting.

- Collaborate with external auditors, Internal auditors, cost auditors.

- Preparation of Management reporting.

- Preparation and monitoring of monthly cash flow and alignment of requirements with Treasury.

- Hands on experience in preparation of financial statements.

- Ensure Monthly Closing Activities.

- Preparation of consolidated financials.

- Ensure proper intercompany eliminations.

- Ensure closing of General Ledger Accounting Key Stake holder
