Key Responsibilities Generate self-sourced leads through networking, referrals, field visits, and other sales activities.

Sell insurance and financial products to recent and existing customers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Build, recruit, train, and manage a team of 4–5 sales executives.

Guide the team in lead generation, customer meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.

Monitor individual and team performance and ensure achievement of targets.

Conduct regular field visits and client meetings as required.

Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, sales, and team performance.





Stay updated about insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements 3 years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, banking, or a related sales role.

Proven experience in field sales and lead generation.

Ability to generate and convert own leads independently.

Prior experience in team handling/team building is preferred.

Must have a 2-wheeler and valid driving licence.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented and comfortable working in a field-sales environment.

Immediate joiners preferred.
