Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, taxation, TDS compliance, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. Candidates with prior experience in the Green Energy/Renewable Energy sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Handle direct and indirect taxation activities including GST, Income Tax, and TDS compliance.
- Ensure timely filing of TDS returns and reconciliation of tax-related accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Assist in cash flow management and working capital planning.
- Coordinate with consultants,



auditors, and government authorities as required.
- Support finance process improvements and automation initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Budgeting and Financial Forecasting.
- Expertise in Taxation, TDS, GST, and Income Tax compliance.
- Sound understanding of Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

- CA Qualified (Mandatory).
- 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, Taxation, and Compliance.
- Preferably worked in Green Energy, Renewable Energy, Solar, Wind, Power, or Infrastructure sectors.
- Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office.
