We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Finance Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting financial products and services, generating leads, meeting potential customers, and achieving sales targets. Strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with Zoho Books will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities using Zoho Books.
- Handle purchase, sales, journal, and banking transactions.
- Process customer invoices, vendor bills, credit notes, and payment receipts.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Handle bank and vendor reconciliation activities.
- Coordinate GST, TDS, payroll, EPFO, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and monthly financial reports.
- Manage invoice processing and payment-related activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support audits, month-end closing, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors,
and customers regarding finance-related matters.
- Support management in improving finance processes and operations.
Required Skills
- Zoho Books knowledge and experience.
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Understanding of GST compliance and statutory filings.
- Basic knowledge of TDS, EPFO, and payroll coordination.
- Experience in bank and vendor reconciliation.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and MIS preparation.
- Experience in invoice processing and payment management.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Robust documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Good understanding of finance and compliance processes.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
