Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance &

- Accounts Specialist to manage and support key finance and accounting operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Accounting, GST, TDS, Financial Reporting, MIS, Book Closure, Compliance, and Audit Coordination. This role requires a proactive professional who can work independently and take ownership of finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities.

- Handle monthly and annual book closure activities.

- Prepare MIS, financial reports, and management reports.

- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance.

- Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors.

- Perform GL review, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.

- Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

- Support cash flow planning and fund management.

- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other stakeholders.





- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
