Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end factory finance, including product costing, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.

- Analyze production costs, material consumption, wastage, and operational variances.

- Prepare and review monthly plant financial reports, cost sheets, and performance dashboards.

- Ensure accurate inventory accounting, stock verification, reconciliation, and controls.

- Support annual operating plans, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

- Partner with Production, QA, SCM, and Procurement teams for financial and operational coordination.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory requirements, audits, and company policies.

- Drive cost-saving, process improvement, and productivity enhancement initiatives.

- Monitor CAPEX utilization and support financial evaluation of expansion and automation projects.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.

Education

- Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance; CA / CMA preferred.

- 712 years of relevant experience in factory finance, costing, or manufacturing finance.
