Finance Manager – Project Finance & Compliance

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 5–15 Years

Qualification: CA preferred / MBA (Finance)

Industry: Solar Power / Renewable Energy / Infrastructure / HAM

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Project Finance, fundraising, debt syndication, and financial modeling.
- Handle loan disbursement, drawdowns, lender compliance, and loan documentation.
- Prepare CA Certificates, Means of Finance, project cost statements, and financial MIS.
- Manage SPV-level billing, receivables, cash flow, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, LIE, auditors, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare lender reports, utilization statements, interest certificates, and compliance reports.
- Support equity valuation, financial analysis,



and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with loan covenants, statutory requirements, and internal financial controls.

Requirements

- 5–15 years of relevant experience in Project Finance / Finance & Compliance.
- CA preferred; MBA (Finance) candidates may also apply.
- Experience in Solar / Renewable Energy / Infrastructure / HAM projects preferred.
- Robust knowledge of Project Finance, Financial Modeling, Debt Financing, SPV Finance, and Compliance.
- Excellent MS Excel, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
