- Visit customer sites for installation, servicing, and maintenance of equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical, electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per service schedules.
- Attend customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential technical issues.
- Replace defective components and perform necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate service reports, visit reports, and maintenance records.
- Provide customers with basic technical guidance and operating instructions.
- Coordinate with the Regional Service Coordinator and central technical teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain service tools, spare parts, and other required equipment.
- Follow company safety procedures and customer-site safety requirements.
