- Role Overview

PV Blink Technology Pvt. Ltd., a growing solar inverter manufacturing company under the Make in India initiative, is looking for an energetic and technically sound Field Service Engineer to join our expanding service network.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of solar inverters and systems, ensuring reliable performance and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on-site and remotely.
- Provide technical support to clients, dealers, and distributors.
- Maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with service teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure timely completion of service calls.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients.
- Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of solar inverters, power systems, and field troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for service requirements.




- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn may also be considered.

Training Requirement

Selected candidates will be required to attend mandatory training at our Ahmedabad office for approximately 10–15 days.

During the training period

- Accommodation/stay will be provided by the company.
- Food will be provided by the company.
- Travel allowance will be provided as per company policy.
- Candidates will receive practical and technical training on solar inverter products, troubleshooting, and service procedures.
