Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Field Sales Executives to join our team in Varanasi. The selected candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, promoting banking and financial-service products, generating leads, and assisting customers with the account-opening process.

This is a field-based sales position and requires regular interaction with customers and visits to different locations within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential customers and explain available banking/financial products and services.
- Generate new customer leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.
- Assist eligible customers with the account-opening process and required documentation.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Submit daily activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.




- Ensure customer information and application details are collected accurately.
- Coordinate with the internal team for application processing and customer support.
- Follow company policies, sales processes, and applicable compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers can apply; previous experience in sales, field sales, banking, BFSI, telecom, FMCG, or customer acquisition will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a field-sales environment.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to travel within the assigned local area.
- Candidates should have a customer-friendly and qualified approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
