About the Role

Omega Properties is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented individuals to join our growing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective customers, explaining property options, arranging site visits, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate real estate leads.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.
- Explain property projects, pricing, amenities, and investment opportunities.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Accompany customers during site visits and provide project information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales.




- Stay updated about available properties, market trends, and competing projects.

Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Office/CRM tools.
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow up consistently.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits.
- Real estate sales experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred for the field sales role.
