The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining solar energy solutions, generating leads, conducting customer visits, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate potential customers for residential, commercial, and industrial solar solutions. Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers. Explain solar panel systems, products, pricing, benefits, and services clearly.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions. Generate leads through field activities, referrals, networking, and direct customer interaction. Conduct follow-ups with customers through calls and WhatsApp.

Schedule and coordinate site visits and solar consultations . Prepare and share quotations with customers in coordination with the sales team. Negotiate with customers and support the sales closing process.





Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for site surveys and project execution. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer visits, follow-ups, and sales. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead-generation targets .

Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Requirements: Good communication skills in Tamil . Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills. Confident and qualified communication style. Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp. Previous field sales experience is an advantage.

Experience in solar, electrical, construction, real estate, or related industries is an advantage. Freshers with good communication and sales ability can also apply. Must be self-motivated and willing to work towards sales targets.
