About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join Zeno Innovation. The candidate will be responsible for visiting local businesses, introducing our Zeno AI digital products and smart standees, generating leads, and converting them into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit shops, salons, cafés, restaurants, clinics, and other local businesses.
- Present and demonstrate Zeno AI products to potential customers.
- Generate new leads through field visits and local networking.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain sales records.
- Collect market feedback and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

- Graduate preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or direct sales.




- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with daily field visits.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and Google Maps.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
