PK & Company – Frootberg is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Field Sales Executive / Order Booker to join our sales team in Ernakulam.
The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting retail shops, bakeries, juice bars, supermarkets, and other assigned outlets to generate orders, maintain strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth across assigned routes.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail shops, bakeries, juice bars, supermarkets, and other assigned outlets on a daily basis.
- Collect orders and generate new sales from existing and potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and retail partners.
- Cover assigned routes regularly and ensure effective market coverage.
- Identify current outlets and opportunities to increase sales and distribution.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales and order targets.
- Submit daily order summaries and shop visit reports to the management.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of products during field operations.
- Follow required cold-chain practices while handling frozen products.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Work towards improving sales performance and route-wise business growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or related roles.
- Experience in FMCG, Beverage, Frozen Food, or similar sales will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with shop owners and customers.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and route-based work.
- Valid Driving Licence and own Two-Wheeler are mandatory.
- Willingness to travel across assigned routes.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
Salary & Earning Potential
Basic Salary: ₹10,000/month
Travel Allowance: ₹400/day
Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹22,000+ per month, based on performance.
Daily Order Incentives
- 15+ pcs/day: ₹10 per piece
- 30+ pcs/day: ₹25 per piece
- 50+ pcs/day: ₹35 per piece
Additional earnings are performance-based and depend on achieving the applicable targets.
Work Details
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Location: Ernakulam & Assigned Routes
Food & Accommodation: Not Provided
Probation Period: 3 Months
