The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of sales experience and be comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities 1.

Generate Sales Leads

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients. Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective customers. 2.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services. Follow up with clients regularly to maximize business opportunities. 3.

Sales

Presentations & Demonstrations Conduct product/service presentations for potential clients. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and other relevant information. Perform product demonstrations when required. 4.





Sales

Negotiation & Closing Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients. Convert leads into successful sales. Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 5.

Sales Reporting

Maintain daily records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales. Prepare regular sales reports and track performance against targets. Share market feedback, customer requirements, and competitor information with management.

Candidate

RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in sales/field sales . Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Willingness to travel for client visits. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Basic knowledge of sales reporting and follow-up processes.
