Role & responsibilities

1. Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, references, and cold calling.

2. Acquire and onboard construction companies, contractors, infrastructure firms, and machine owners onto the platform.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and equipment suppliers.

4. Understand customer equipment rental requirements and provide suitable solutions.

5. Conduct product demonstrations and explain platform perks to prospective clients.

6. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

7. Follow up with prospects and existing customers to maximize business opportunities.

8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.

9. Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking.

10. Achieve monthly sales, revenue,



and customer acquisition targets.

11. Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to support business growth.

12. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities whenever required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Self-driven with a strong target-oriented mindset.

- Comfortable with field sales and frequent client meetings.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

- Experience in construction, heavy equipment, rental, logistics, SaaS, or industrial products will be an added advantage.
