Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day facility management operations at assigned client sites.

- Coordinate with site supervisors, housekeeping staff, and other operational teams.

- Conduct regular site visits and ensure smooth execution of all operational activities.

- Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, grooming, discipline, and productivity.

- Ensure proper availability and utilization of cleaning materials, consumables, equipment, and other resources.

- Address employee and client concerns and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on site performance.

- Monitor compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety requirements, and statutory guidelines.

- Prepare and submit regular operational reports, attendance reports, and site visit reports.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and manpower replacement requirements whenever necessary.





- Identify operational gaps and take corrective action to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate preferred with relevant experience in Facility Management / Housekeeping Operations.

- Minimum 25 years of relevant field/operational experience preferred.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Robust knowledge of manpower handling and facility operations.

- Willingness to travel across Uttarakhand as per operational requirements.

- Good command of MS Office and basic reporting/MIS activities.

- Ability to independently handle multiple sites and resolve operational challenges.
