Position: Field Auditor
? Location: Chennai
? Employment: Full-Time
? Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting or related field
? Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site compliance and operational audits
- Review documents, employee records & payroll data
- Identify discrepancies, risks and process gaps
- Gather evidence and prepare clear audit reports
- Coordinate with client representatives
- Recommend corrective actions and conduct follow-up reviews
✅ Requirements
- Strong audit & documentation skills
- Basic analytical and data verification skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / spreadsheets
- Willingness to travel for field visits
- Prior audit, payroll or HR compliance experience is an advantage
