Role & responsibilities
- Manage and conduct product demonstrations.
- Conduct pre-sales technical presentations and seminars.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of the product portfolio.
- Install instruments and provide training to recent users.
- Develop and nurture strategic collaborations to regularly deliver scientific content for marketing initiatives.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback related to product development, software, and other requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Masters degree with a minimum of 2 years of research/laboratory experience, preferably in the Genomics field.
- Experience in laboratory automation, sequencing, and NGS will be preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
