About the Role We are looking for a Senior Finacle Developer – Loans & Customization Specialist with 6+ years of strong hands-on experience in Finacle development, customization, API integration, and Loan Module .
The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Finacle customization and experience handling complex production issues and L2 support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Finacle customizations based on business and technical requirements.
- Work extensively on Finacle Scripts, FI, Finacle Integrator, and Reports .
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs and integrations for Finacle Loan Modules.
- Provide technical expertise across the Finacle Loan Module architecture, lifecycle, and workflows .
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Finacle technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and incidents .
- Provide L2 application support for core banking operations.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Collaborate with functional, L1 support, integration, and business teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production validation of Finacle changes.
