Chemistry faculty member to deliver high-quality live classes, mentor students through their academic journey. The ideal candidate combines deep conceptual clarity in Chemistry with the ability to teach in an engaging, exam-focused, and student-friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured, engaging Chemistry lectures (Organic, Inorganic, Physical) for assigned batches —

- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and respond to student queries within defined turnaround times.

- Track student performance and provide input to the Academic team on students needing additional academic support.

- Participate in curriculum planning, question-bank creation, and content review with the academic team.

- Support revision classes, mock tests, and exam-readiness sessions during key academic milestones.

- Maintain classroom/session discipline and ensure a positive, motivating learning environment.

Qualifications & Experience





- Postgraduate degree in Chemistry M.Sc. or B.Tech

- B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory.

- 2–8 years of teaching experience in Chemistry at the Class 9–12 level, with exposure to JEE/NEET-pattern teaching.

- Demonstrated track record of strong student outcomes (batch results, feedback, retention) is a plus.

Skills & Attributes

- Strong conceptual clarity and problem-solving ability across Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry.

- Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts for different grade levels.

- Comfort with digital teaching tools, learning platforms, and content creation.

- Patient, approachable, and student-centric teaching style.

- Solid time management and ability to work to academic delivery timelines.
