Position - Facility Supervisor ( Banquets )

Salary - Upto 35 k A Facility Supervisor is responsible for the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of buildings and grounds. The role combines technical knowledge, leadership, compliance oversight, and coordination with internal staff and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise maintenance staff including technicians, custodians, and groundskeepers; provide coaching and performance management.
- Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify issues and ensure operational standards.
- Coordinate contractors and vendors for repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, ADA, fire safety, water hygiene, and asbestos control.




- Manage building systems including alarms, access control, lighting, HVAC, and generators.
- Maintain records such as work orders, maintenance logs, warranties, and compliance documentation.
- Handle emergencies and urgent repairs, often requiring on‑call availability.
- Manage budgets and resources for facility operations.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Oversee cleaning operations and perform custodial tasks when needed.
- Monitor seasonal tasks such as groundskeeping and exterior maintenance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Facilities maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
