Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Eye Camp Coordinator / Organizer to plan, coordinate, and manage eye camps at different locations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth camp operations and effective coordination between patients, doctors, field teams, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate eye camps at assigned locations.
- Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, field staff, and local partners.
- Manage patient registration, crowd flow, and overall camp arrangements.
- Ensure smooth execution of eye screening and related activities.
- Coordinate logistics, equipment, materials, and camp requirements.
- Maintain patient records, attendance, and daily camp reports.
- Support patient counselling, follow-ups,



and referrals when required.
- Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, communities, and stakeholders.
- Travel to different locations as required for camp activities.
- Ensure all activities are completed as per company guidelines.

- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Proactive, responsible, and target-oriented approach.
- Experience in healthcare, eye care, field operations, event coordination, or CSR activities will be an advantage.

Immediate joiners are preferred. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,877.65 per month
