Role Description The Experienced HR professional will oversee and manage core human resources functions to support Better Analytics’ on-site team in Hyderabad. This full-time role includes developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, managing employee lifecycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding), and administering employee benefits and compensation.

The role involves handling personnel management tasks such as attendance, leave management, employee records, and compliance with local labor regulations. The HR professional will address employee relations issues, guide managers on HR best practices, and support training, engagement, and retention initiatives.



Collaboration with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in handling end-to-end HR operations.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, including developing, updating, and communicating policy frameworks.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Perks administration, including compensation, benefits programs, and related documentation.
- Candidates should possess solid Personnel Management capabilities, including maintaining accurate employee records and managing employee lifecycle processes.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in an HR generalist or HR business partner role, preferably in a technology or analytics-focused organization.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools, MS Office, and familiarity with data-driven HR decision-making; knowledge of Indian labor laws is highly beneficial.
