Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Field Service & Installation Executive with hands-on experience in the installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical products, heavy machinery, doors, or similar industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of products at customer sites.
- Attend service calls and resolve technical issues within the defined timelines.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for service requirements and call closure.
- Support warranty and non-warranty service activities.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper installation and product functioning.
- Maintain service reports, installation records,
and customer documentation.
- Provide basic technical guidance and product support to customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
- Travel to customer sites as per business requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Service, Installation, Commissioning, or After-Sales Service.
- Experience in electrical products, heavy machinery, industrial equipment, doors, or related products is preferred.
- Hands - on experience in installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and site service.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Positive communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
