About the Role:

We are looking for an Executive Producer - Marathi Content to manage the end-to-end production of Marathi films, web series, and TV serials, ensuring effective budgeting, planning, scheduling, execution, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end production of Marathi films, web series, and TV serials.

- Handle budgeting, production planning, scheduling, and execution.

- Coordinate with directors, creative teams, artists, vendors, and production partners.

- Monitor production costs, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

- Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.

- Manage production-related challenges and ensure smooth execution.

- Oversee post-production and final delivery of projects.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in film, TV, OTT, or regional content production.

- Strong experience in budgeting, production execution, and project management.

- Positive knowledge of the Marathi entertainment industry.

- Strong vendor, stakeholder, negotiation, and communication skills.
