Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership hires sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer closure.

- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and requisition status accurately in the ATS (TCS Chroma / Naukri AI REX / Unstop AI).

- Coordinate onboarding formalities for leadership joinees, working closely with HRBPs and Plant/BU HR teams.

- Build and maintain hiring trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports in Excel for weekly/monthly reviews.

- Leverage AI-driven sourcing and screening tools to improve turnaround time and candidate quality.

- Act as a single point of contact for hiring managers and senior stakeholders on requisition progress.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4-5 years of experience in recruitment,



with meaningful exposure to leadership/senior-level hiring.

- Hands-on working knowledge of ATS platforms; comfortable adopting AI-based recruitment tools.

- Prior experience managing onboarding processes for leadership/senior hires.

- Manufacturing industry background is preferred.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (trackers, MIS, pivot-based reporting).

- Excellent written and verbal communication; confident engaging with senior stakeholders (CHRO/BU/HR Heads).

- High ownership, process discipline, and ability to work independently in a rapid-paced, matrixed setup.
