The opportunity: Executive-Operations-HR-CBS - TAL - Enablement - Mumbai

Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Maintain statutory registers, records, notices and documentation prescribed under applicable laws.

- Coordinate timely filing of statutory returns and monthly compliance submissions.

- Ensure adherence to Provident Fund, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund and other statutory obligations.

- Track labour law amendments and support implementation of regulatory changes and Labour Code readiness.

- Assist during labour inspections, statutory audits and compliance reviews.

- Maintain the compliance calendar and monitor adherence to statutory timelines.

- Support timely closure of compliance observations, notices and audit findings

- Ensure compliance with applicable Central and State labour laws, including the Code on Wages, Code on Social Security, Industrial Relations Code, Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, Shops & Establishments laws, Professional Tax, Payment of Gratuity Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Contract Labour requirements, Labour Welfare Fund and other applicable employment regulation

- Coordinate with Payroll teams to ensure accurate statutory deductions, contributions and remittances.

- Validate statutory calculations related to PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, Gratuity, Bonus and Labour Welfare Fund.





- Support employee lifecycle compliance requirements, including onboarding, transfers and separation processes.

- Assist in preparing compliance MIS, management reports and audit documentation.

- Partner with HR stakeholders to strengthen compliance governance and controls

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual compliance MIS reports for HR, Finance, Procurement and senior leadership

- Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Finance and Technology teams to automate compliance reporting and dashboard generation

Requirements

Qualification

- Any Graduate/Diploma in Labour Law/MBA in HR

Experience

- Minimum 3-5 Years in Statutory and labour compliance
