Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Executive Assistant cum HR Executive to work closely with the CEO and leadership team while supporting key HR and people operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage CEO calendar, meetings, travel, appointments, and follow-ups. - Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. - Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and meeting notes. - Support CEO with confidential administrative and personal requirements. - Manage recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation. - Support attendance, leave, timesheets, payroll coordination, and HR queries. - Assist with employee engagement, training, appraisal, and exit processes. - Support HR policies, compliance, and general HR operations.



- Handle administrative coordination and ad-hoc assignments from leadership.

Preference

- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Executive Assistance, Administration, or a similar role. - Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). - High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ownership. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - English proficiency is mandatory; Tamil is preferred.
