- We are hiring an EV Technician responsible for the inspection, maintenance, diagnosis, repair, and servicing of electric two-wheelers. The technician will help ensure fleet readiness, vehicle safety, and operational efficiency by resolving technical issues and minimizing vehicle downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs:

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electric two-wheelers.

- Carry out regular servicing and maintenance activities.

- Diagnose and repair electrical, battery, and mechanical faults.

- Ensure vehicles are roadworthy and meet required safety standards before deployment.

- Complete repairs promptly to minimize vehicle downtime.

Battery Management

- Monitor battery health and charging cycles.

- Handle battery swapping operations as required.

- Identify battery degradation, performance issues, or faults.

- Recommend appropriate corrective actions for battery-related problems.

- Ensure protected handling, charging, storage, and disposal of EV batteries.

Operational Support

- Provide technical support for on-road vehicle breakdowns.

- Attend field service requirements and resolve technical issues.

- Assist the fleet team in ensuring vehicles are ready before rider handover.

- Maintain vehicle maintenance logs and service history.

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain accurate records of repairs and scheduled maintenance.

- Record spare parts consumption and replacement details.

- Report recurring technical issues to management.





- Recommend process improvements to improve fleet reliability and reduce downtime.

Training & Customer Support

- Educate riders on basic EV operation, charging, and troubleshooting.

- Train junior technicians on standard operating procedures and safety practices.

- Provide technical assistance for customer complaints related to vehicle performance.

- Support effective resolution of vehicle-related technical concerns.

Job Requirements

Technical Knowledge

- Knowledge of electric two-wheeler maintenance and servicing.

- Understanding of electrical, battery, and mechanical systems.

- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot EV-related faults.

- Knowledge of EV battery handling and charging practices.
