Your work profile:

As a Manager in our SAP practice, you will:

- Lead SAP MM workstreams across large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, upgrade, and transformation programs.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand procurement and inventory management requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Drive solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Design and implement processes across Procurement, Inventory Management, Material Master, Vendor Master, Release Strategy, Logistics Invoice Verification, and Material Valuation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP FI/CO, SD, PP, EWM/WM, and Ariba to deliver integrated business solutions.
- Lead client workshops, fit-gap assessments, process design discussions, and solution validation sessions.
- Manage project risks, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review functional specifications, testing artifacts, training materials, and project documentation to ensure delivery quality.
- Mentor and coach team members,



providing functional guidance and supporting their career development.
- Support practice development initiatives, proposal development, effort estimation, and pursuit activities.

Key skills required:

- 8-12 years of SAP consulting experience with a strong focus on SAP MM.
- Experience in at least two end-to-end SAP implementation programs.
- Strong expertise in:
- Procurement & Purchasing
- Inventory Management
- Material Master & Vendor Master Data
- Release Strategy
- Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV)
- Material Valuation & Account Determination
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Inventory Management processes.
- Strong understanding of integration between SAP MM and SAP FI/CO, SD, PP, and EWM/WM.
- Experience managing client stakeholders and leading offshore/onshore delivery teams.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

- Experience within Retail, Consumer Products, FMCG, Grocery, Fashion, or E-commerce industries.
- Experience with:
- SAP Retail
- Merchandise Procurement
- Store Replenishment
- Distribution Center Operations
- Omnichannel Inventory Management
- Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
- Exposure to SAP Ariba, SAP EWM, SAP Fiori, or SAP MDG.
- SAP S/4HANA or SAP MM certification.

Qualifications:
