MSI Services Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring suitable candidates for the role - "Estimator - Product Team within our business operations in Bangalore, India. There are several openings in the Sales, Purchase, Imports and Accounting Departments.

Product Technical Support

- Support internal teams with product knowledge related to kitchen cabinets and bath vanities.
- Interpret cabinet/vanity specifications, technical drawings, CAD files, and product documentation.
- Assist with new SKU setup, product descriptions, and spec sheet accuracy
- Support replacement part identification (doors,



drawer fronts, hinges, slides, toe kicks, shelves, etc.).
- Assist with product comparisons, feature highlights, and product training support (as needed).
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Quality teams.

Documentation s Process

- Maintain product files, drawings, manuals, and specifications
- Help create and improve SOPs for parts requests, claims, and troubleshooting
- Track recurring issues and support root cause analysis for improvement

Required Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in kitchen cabinets, bath vanities, cabinetry, millwork, or furniture industry
- Solid understanding of cabinet and vanity construction and terminology(RTA and/or assembled)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CAD layouts, and spec sheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (email + cross-team coordination)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Hands-on experience using 2020 Design and/or Pro Kitchen software/tools for cabinet layouts and kitchen planning (bonus)
