Roles and Responsibilities :

- Material Management,
- Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize storage space to ensure efficient warehousing operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and equipment, ensuring minimal delays in production schedules.
- Develop and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for each product line, including component parts and assembly requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material-related issues, improve supply chain efficiency, and reduce costs.

Job Requirements :

- 3-10 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery industry or related field.
- Robust understanding of bill of materials (BOM), kitting, allocation, inventory management, material planning & control processes.
- Proficiency in managing large datasets using tools like Excel or specialized software.

EPM – Engineer Project Management Commodity –

2+ yrs. Experience

Location: Doddaballapura (Bengaluru)

Experienced in NPI (New Product Introduction) physical material management, from WH to quality inspection to production line.

Work with customer and internal CFT to collect data and required document, such as BOM list, before projects start.

Follow material kitting status. Ensure all materials can be kitted to line in time.

Resolve all material related issue in short lead-time, such as physical material issue or back end system setting.

Organize and host meeting with internal CFT and customer.

Collect LBU (line bring up) request from CFT before project starts.





Work with customer to plan materials and SUBs input and allocation plan for CFT.

Follow up material shipment with CFT team.

Based on material CTB, make color tracker, long term CTB excel sheet to monitor overall material status.

Work with customer and internal CFT to arrange material or SUBs for DOE.

Align with customer and publish daily input plan to all internal CFT.

Online Kitting

- Experienced in NPI (New Product Introduction) physical material management, from WH to quality inspection to production line.

- Attend external meeting and update daily input material status.
- Key contact window between customer, EPM and all internal CFT.
