Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of SMT equipment.

- Install, commission, and qualify current SMT machines.

- Carry out machine setup, changeovers, and production support.

- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and software issues.

- Perform machine calibration and accuracy verification.

- Maintain equipment uptime and minimize production downtime.

- Monitor and improve machine performance (OEE, MTBF, MTTR).

- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and equipment history.

- Manage critical spare parts and consumables.

- Support NPI builds and engineering trials.

- Ensure compliance with ESD, LOTO, and safety requirements.

- Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and OEM service engineers.

- Participate in TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.

- Train operators on basic machine operation and daily maintenance.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.

- Hands-on experience in SMT equipment maintenance (or as per organization requirement).

- Hands-on experience with SMT production equipment.
