We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive enterprise adoption of Gronox AI, our AI-native Industrial & Operational Intelligence platform.

This is a hunter-oriented enterprise sales role for a professional who can identify and develop high-value opportunities, engage senior stakeholders, manage complex B2B sales cycles and convert opportunities into business.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of enterprise technology sales and, preferably, an established qualified network with IT Heads, CIOs, CTOs, Technology Leaders and other IT decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Manufacturing, Solar, Operations Management and related sectors.
- Build relationships with CXOs, Business Heads, Operations Heads, IT Heads and Technology Decision-Makers.
- Conduct consultative discovery to understand customer business and operational challenges.
- Position Gronox AI's capabilities including real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, AI-powered insights and workflow automation.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles involving technology, business, procurement, finance and senior management.
- Build and maintain a strong enterprise sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
- Prepare and lead solution presentations, proposals and commercial discussions.
- Develop strategic enterprise accounts and identify opportunities for expansion, cross-selling and long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with leadership, product, pre-sales and implementation teams to ensure successful customer engagement and transition to delivery.
- Track market trends,



customer requirements and competitive developments across AI, IoT, SaaS and industrial technology.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Software, B2B SaaS, ERP, IT / Technology Sales, AI, IoT, Industrial Automation or related technology sales.
- Proven experience in enterprise / B2B sales and closing complex deals.
- Strong consultative and solution-selling approach.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and longer enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to communicate technology and business value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial and comfortable taking ownership of targets and opportunities.
- Strong existing professional connections with IT Heads, CIOs, CTOs, Technology Decision-Makers and enterprise leadership will be highly preferred.
