Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing the complete software delivery lifecycle for enterprise clients-from requirements gathering and project planning to deployment, stakeholder communication, risk management, and post-launch support. You will act as the primary point of contact between enterprise customers and our engineering, design, QA, DevOps, and AI teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage enterprise software projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Handle large enterprise accounts with 10,000+ stores, branches, franchises, warehouses, or users.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Engineering, AI, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams.
- Conduct client workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and solution presentations.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, escalations, and change requests.
- Prepare project documentation, BRDs, SRS, user stories, release plans, and SOPs.
- Ensure quality assurance before production releases.
- Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with enterprise customers.
- Manage multiple concurrent enterprise projects.
- Track KPIs, project health, resource utilization, and delivery metrics.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
