Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect / Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune and End User Computing (EUC) environments.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and leading enterprise-scale transformation, migration and modernization initiatives across Microsoft technologies. The role requires strong technical architecture, solution design, client engagement and stakeholder management capabilities.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience in Microsoft 365 architecture and transformation
- Expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive
- Strong hands-on/architectural experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and/or Azure Local / Azure Stack HCI
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Experience with Entra Connect / Cloud Sync, MFA and Conditional Access
- Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management
- Experience with Windows Autopilot, Windows Autopatch and MDM
- Knowledge of Hybrid Azure AD / Entra ID joined environments
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust and Microsoft security principles
- Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization
- Strong understanding of Messaging and Collaboration transformation
- Experience in cloud migration, infrastructure modernization and enterprise transformation
- Strong experience in solution architecture, technical design and architecture governance

Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives across Microsoft 365, Azure and EUC platforms.
- Design scalable and secure solutions involving Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune and Entra ID.




- Lead migration and modernization programs from on-premises environments to Microsoft cloud platforms.
- Architect and implement Azure Virtual Desktop / Azure Local solutions for enterprise environments.
- Design identity and access management solutions using Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA and Conditional Access.
- Define endpoint management strategies using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and Autopatch.
- Develop architecture roadmaps, solution designs, technical proposals and implementation strategies.
- Conduct technical workshops with clients and stakeholders to understand business and technology requirements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and cost-effective technical solutions.
- Support RFI/RFP activities, including solution documentation, BOM, SOW, technical proposals and presentations.
- Perform technology assessments, TCO analysis and cost optimization recommendations.
- Provide technical leadership across transformation and transition programs.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, governance and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with delivery, engineering, sales and project management teams to ensure successful implementation.

- Microsoft certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert / Microsoft 365 / Security
- Experience with Microsoft Defender
- Knowledge of Power Automate and Copilot
- Experience with MSIX / App Attach
- Strong understanding of ITIL, transition and service management processes

- Presales and consulting experience

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- Strong Enterprise/Solution Architecture background
- Extensive Microsoft ecosystem experience
- Experience handling large-scale enterprise transformation programs
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and solutions
