We are seeking a passionate, qualified, and dedicated Female English Teacher to join our academic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English language and literature, fostering a strong linguistic foundation, and preparing students according to the ICSE curriculum. This role is open to both fresh postgraduates and experienced educators who possess a strong command of the language and a energetic teaching methodology.

Role & responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in alignment with ICSE board standards.
- Skill Development: Focus on improving students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Design assignments, conduct regular tests, and evaluate student performance to provide constructive feedback.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.




- Parent-Teacher Communication: Conduct regular updates and attend meetings with parents to discuss student progress.
- Extracurricular Support: Assist in school events, literary clubs, debates, and drama activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Gender: Female candidates preferred.
- Education: M.A. (English) along with a M.Ed. (Master of Education) is mandatory.
- Experience: 0 to 5 years of teaching experience. Freshers with excellent communication skills and the required qualifications are welcome to apply.
- Board Preference: Prior experience teaching the ICSE curriculum is highly preferable.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in modern digital teaching tools.
