About the Role

IOTA Academy is looking for a confident, friendly and responsible Enquiry Counsellor to handle student and parent enquiries at our Mandsaur branch.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a presentable personality and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist students and parents at the academy.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and in-person visits.
- Explain course information and admission-related details to prospective students.
- Follow up with enquiries and maintain basic enquiry records.
- Coordinate with the academic/team members regarding student requirements.




- Handle basic front-desk and administrative activities.

Requirements
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hindi communication skills and basic English.
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
