- Exposure to responsible use of AI-assisted development tools

- Lead, mentor and develop a team of software engineers
- Drive technical leadership and hands-on contribution across the SDLC
- Partner with Product, Architecture, Security and Business stakeholders
- Ensure code quality, security, accessibility and engineering best practices
