– HDO Engineer & Wireman Company: Airtel Project: Airtel Xstream Fiber Department: Technical / Field Operations Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Bhubaneswar Position 1: HDO EngineerJob ResponsibilitiesInstall and activate Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband connections at customer premises. Install and configure Wi-Fi routers, ONT/ONU and related broadband equipment. Perform fiber cable testing, troubleshooting and fault rectification.

Identify and resolve connectivity and signal-related issues. Conduct installation, maintenance and service activities as per assigned jobs. Interact professionally with customers and ensure a smooth installation experience.

Complete daily field activities and update job status through the required application/system.

Requirements Qualification: ITI / Diploma / 10 2 3 / Graduate.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply; broadband, DTH, telecom or cable-network experience preferred. Two-wheeler & Valid Driving Licence: Mandatory. Basic knowledge of fiber broadband, networking and Wi-Fi configuration preferred. Positive communication and customer-handling skills. Willingness to work in field locations across Bhubaneswar.

WiremanJob ResponsibilitiesAssist in Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband installation at customer locations. Perform fiber cable laying, routing and basic wiring activities.

Assist engineers with ONT/ONU and Wi-Fi router installation. Support cable connection, equipment setup and basic troubleshooting. Ensure proper handling of tools and installation materials. Follow technical and safety procedures during field activities.

Coordinate with the HDO Engineer for timely completion of assigned jobs. Maintain professional behaviour while interacting with customers. Eligibility &

Requirements Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI preferred.

Experience: Freshers can apply;

experience in electrical work, broadband, DTH, telecom or cable installation will be an advantage. Two-wheeler & Driving Licence: Preferred / as per project requirement. Basic knowledge of wiring and electrical work. Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor field work. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Age: Preferably up to 35 years.
