Assist in the triage, stabilization, and resuscitation of emergency patients under supervision of medical staff. · Prepare and operate emergency care equipment (ventilators, defibrillators, suction machines, monitors, infusion pumps, etc.). · Support in procedures such as IV cannulation, blood sampling, ECG, BLS/ACLS support, and wound care. · Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output charts, and emergency documentation accurately. · Ensure availability, calibration, and maintenance of all critical care and life-saving equipment. · Assist in secure patient transfer within the hospital (ICU, OT, wards) with proper protocols. · Adhere to NABH standards, infection control practices, and emergency department SOPs. · Maintain adequate stock of emergency drugs, consumables, and disposables. · Provide technical support during mass casualty incidents, disaster drills, and emergency codes. · Work in coordination with emergency physicians, nurses, and paramedics for smooth
