Employability Skills Trainer

Are you passionate about empowering young people with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the workplace?

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Employability Skills Trainer to join our team and support students and young professionals in becoming career-ready.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on employability and workplace readiness skills in colleges
- Conduct sessions on communication skills, presentation skills, interview preparation, resume building, workplace etiquette, teamwork, time management, and skilled behaviour.
- Collaborate with programme teams and institutions to ensure effective implementation of training programmes.
- Maintain training records, reports, attendance, and other programme documentation.

What We’re Looking For ✅ Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.





✅ Experience working with students, youth, or young professionals.

✅ Ability to conduct engaging, interactive, and activity-based training sessions.

✅ Strong mentoring, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

✅ Ability to motivate and connect with diverse groups of learners.

✅ Willingness to travel for sessions everyday

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any relevant field.
- Previous experience in training, teaching, career guidance, skill development, or youth development programmes is a plus
